Samba 2-0 Zum

The Samba Boys held firm and shutout local rivals Zum Schneider on Sunday evening at Icahn Stadium.

It was nil-nil at half as a makeshift Samba lineup held firm despite Zum pressure.

The KidSuper outfit grew into the game with a halftime formational switch. Samba produced numerous chances to go ahead but it was finally Amara Sesay who chipped the Zum Schneider goalkeeper after being played in by Sabitu Issah. Late substitute Rijon Harrison came in and iced the game for Samba after a combination play with Jeffry Garay.
