Brooklyn City 1-0 Samba II

The Super Kids played a beautiful game last night on Staten Island but fell short to ancient enemy Brooklyn City.

Samba had the better chances in the first half and were denied a clear penalty in what was to become a theme of the evening. Despite having the better chances, the possession was very even in a tight and physical game.

Questionable calls continued to pile up and Brooklyn City managed to nick a goal on the counter attack. Unlike in the first half, Samba were fully on the front foot in the second period and dominated both shots and possession. It was a very unfortunate result for the visitors despite an excellent performance.
